This camera is compatible with the Onvif protocol, but it may not be "Plug and Play" compatible with Onvif NVRs, requiring some programming. When adding the camera to an NVR or software, please use the Onvif protocol and port number 80.
Brands that are compatible with this camera through the Onvif protocol include Hikvision, LTS, Dahua, Uniview, Annke, Amcrest, Blue Iris, and Synology.
If the daytime image quality is good but at night, part of the image is too dark, and the other part is too bright, it may be due to the camera angle being too close to a wall or another object, causing too much IR reflection from the wall and resulting in overexposure. Try adjusting the aiming angle.
For firmware updates, please email the model and current firmware version of the IP camera to us, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
If the camera is not working with your Blue Iris system, you can try adding it using the Onvif protocol, with the following ports: RTSP, Port: 554, and Onvif Port: 80.
It's important to note that this camera is NDAA compliant and is not manufactured by or utilizing components from Hikvision, Dahua, or other similar companies.
The camera features Dual H.265/H.264 compression, which improves image quality and reduces bandwidth requirements. With H.265 compression, you can store more information using fewer hard drives.
The camera also has DWDR (Digital Wide Dynamic Range) technology, ensuring video without overexposure or darkness, providing better performance in various lighting conditions.
For technical support, our Chicago-based seller offers fast response times during support hours of 9 am to 5 pm CST.
